I am a Craniosacral Therapist specializing in pediatrics and pregnancy.  I work extensively with babies who suffer from plageocephaly, torticolis, an inability to form a good latch while breastfeeding; acid reflux, ‘colic’, and a myriad of other pathologies. In pregnant women, my focus has been on the asymmetry of the pelvic girdle which can cause sciatic, piriformis, psoas and sacrum discomfort.

Along with the cranial, muscle and soft tissue work I do on each infant and pregnant woman, I help patients to be as independent of my care as possible. I teach them a group of stretches to perform on their babies and on themselves at home, which have achieved consistently successful results.

I was certified in CST through Dr. Carol Phillips (Northwestern Chiropractic College) and have been practicing in Minnesota since 2001. I treat patients out of my home in Princeton, Minnesota and at Cleveland Family Chiropractic Center and The Synergy Center in River Falls, Wisconsin. I also share my knowledge and experience with Chiropractors and other health care professionals through live workshops.  My work has been approved through the Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiners for 4 Regular CEU’s per workshop.

I have five children of my own and six grandchildren.  My husband Matt and I live in Princeton, Minnesota.
